We began raising money for the community through sales, serving breakfast and dinners. Today through our pull tab sites and various other fundraising efforts we are able to help support a variety of local organizations and events - over the years have sponsored dozens of large community projects.
The Annandale Lions, 60+ members strong and growing...
Members of the Annandale Lions club are expected to attend as many meetings and projects as possible. The typical year consists of 19 meetings, and 3 major events for which a majority of our members volunteer. In addition, throughout the year we have a variety of other events staffed by members. Each year Annandale Lions Club members contribute well over one-thousand hours at various community events.
Lionism is more than being a member, it's about volunteering!
