On January 5th, 1963 District 5M4's Governor Francis Irwin presented Dayton Barkley charter President with the scroll accepting the Annandale Lions Club to the Lions Club International organization. Present were some two-hundred guests including Annandale's Mayor CW Magnuson and other distinguished guests from various area clubs and other organizations.
